The Vision
The vision for GracePoint from the beginning has been clear: To plant a church deeply within the Merrimack Valley for the glory of Christ, the formation of God's people, and the salvation of the lost.
And in order to accomplish this vision we need a permanent space for ministry.
After years of preparing, planning, and fundraising, God has opened the door for us to purchase and renovate the building and land at 25 Orchard Hill Rd. in North Andover, MA.
The Building
The building is a steel structure facility with over 12.5k sq. ft. of space with high ceilings and room to grow. Located just off route 125 (behind the North Andover Police station), it is the perfect next step for our church.
The Project
We want to hit the ground running when we move in and this means undergoing a major renovation. Once the whole project is completed, we will have:
Phase Two
While we have the funds to complete the necessary renovations to occupy the building, the project will be far from complete. We have determined that Phase Two will be to do the necessary work to make our Kids Town area usable and great. This will mean finishing off all walls and ceilings, and adding HVAC and electrical.
We have determined that this will cost somewhere between $190k-$240k.
